The well-equipped kitchen inspires culinary delights, while nearby Cuba St offers high-end dining, boutique shopping, and trendy bars. Book your unforgettable getaway today and experience the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and style. Our self contained studio is the perfect home base for your next holiday or business trip. Fully equipped with Bosch kitchen appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine and smart TV - the studio also makes clever use of space with separate areas for sleeping and dining. A small courtyard and large storage complete the space. Situated minutes from vibrant Cuba street, you will enjoy exploring the city on foot, with fabulous restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Please be aware there is a separate, two bedroom apartment directly above the studio. The two units may be booked together, subject to availability. The entire studio is yours to enjoy. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay but I am contactable at any time if needed. Our apartment is located in the heart of Wellington City, moments from Wellington’s vibrant café culture, world-class dining, breweries, roof-top bars, galleries and boutique retail offerings, parks and the waterfront. We are one street back from Cuba Street and local favourites such as Loretta, Kisa, Logan Brown, Highwater and many more! You can access the entire CBD by foot - there is no need for a car during your stay! Access the rest of the city by Uber/taxi and public bus service with bus stop minutes from your door. There is a parking building located close by where you can pay for parking in a secure location. If you are driving, we suggest parking out front or on the footpath as you unload your bags and then move the car to a street car park, or for more longer secure parking there are several parking buildings close by. AroLiving is a new inner-city low rise apartment complex. As some apartments in the wider complex are in the final stages of completion, you may experience some day-time construction noise.
