"Check in was very fsst and the staff on reception were exceptional. We went to our room and were very happy. We had one minor problem - water would not drain from the bathroom basin but after a call to reception, this was sorted out immediately. One other small issue was regarding cleanliness, there is a mirror on the wall which has a decorative leather strap. This strap had thick dust on the top half of it. Other than that, the room was very clean.
After a night out on the town we returned to a very cool room and had a very comfortable night's sleep.
Breakfast was good but not exceptional."
"The location is fantastic as it is located in main street and also close to the Cardiff Castle, and National Museum Cardiff. It is handy to go to resturants and also train stations."
