"Pros: Nach dem einfachem Check-in, per Zahlencode an der Tür, standen wir in einer mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichteten und sehr gut ausgestatteten, kleinen 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit Küchenzeile und tollem Duschbad. Zu dritt war etwas Koordination nötig, hat aber gut funktioniert. Als Willkommensgruß stand Sekt und Bier aber auch frische Weidemilch im Kühlschrank bereit. "We only had a few hours to spend here we arrived at 11:00 at night and left at 8:00am but we woke up to the beautiful sound of cow Bell's from grazing Cow's behind the chalet. However that was just the beginning... opening the door to look out at the mountain view took my breath away. The only complaint I have is that I didn't have more time to spend here."

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Kempten! Die Lage am Rathausplatz könnte nicht besser sein, super zentral und alles in fußläufiger Nähe. Die Einrichtung ist völlig ausreichend, sehr sauber und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass sogar das Babybett und der Hochstuhl schon aufgebaut und perfekt im Schlafzimmer bzw. am Esstisch bereitgestellt waren. Der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt...

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
