Best Western Priory Hotel

"I arrived early (11.25am) and the hotel staff were helpful in that they found me a room, which had plenty of space, was clean and had a large bathroom. There is plenty of parking and the grounds are very well manicured. Great value when you consider the hotel's proximity to the centre of Bury St. Edmunds. One thing I did notice - although breakfast had finished just before I arrived, there was a distinct smell of cooking oil throughout the reception area and stairs leading to the upper floors."

"Absolutely wonderful pod, super clean and the friendliest hosts you have ever met who are so happy you went to stay with them. Wonderful facilities and the most beautiful garden. Everything you needed was in the pod and it was safe and quiet and a delight. Thank you both"

"Stayed for one night with my son. Room was very clean, beds and pillows comfy, shower and toilets worked fine and very clean. Staff were lovely. Had dinner there too, food was really good and lots of it! Overall we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Thank you Cadogan."
