Dated and not maintained
Room was very dated and dirty. Shower would not drain and ended up flooding the bathroom floor. Had to use all my towels and cloth to soak some of the water up. Floors were dirty and stained my socks. Sat in the desk chair and about hit the floor. The seat was detached from the base. Bed was surprisingly comfortable and A/C worked well.

The entrance had a bad order when we walked in. When we got to the front desk it was hair particles on the counter. I told the clerk and she said I will wipe it off. When we went to the room the driveway was dark. We found safety in the Holiday Inn next door because guest was checking in there and the area was lite. When we entered the room the covers was nasty with cigarette burns. We left be sunrise because the room was nasty. We didn’t shower and couldn’t sleep because the place was nasty.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Hair in the tub and toilet, brown marks on towels. Floor i wouldn't let my dog sleep on. Desk clerk rude and would not refund even though i was within the 15 minutes they said for refunds. They need to be shut down!! So nasty

When I arrived (late, as I had informed at the time of making the reservation), office lights were off, staff personnel appeared to have been asleep behind the desk. Ultimately my check-in was easy (had previously done everything online), but staff did was not familiar with my assigned room location (opposite end of property) and she appeared not to care much about me or any customer concern. Facility and grounds were very unkempt. Interior of room appeared clean but not well maintained (very old; some damaged spots; much paint chipping). Shower and vanity appeared clean. TV was old with poor sound. Microwave did not look clean. Small coffee maker did not appear clean. King bed appeared clean; was comfortable. Noise much of the night from "neighbors" and also trains that ran regularly through the night. In the morning there was no breakfast at all, not even coffee, both which had been advertised. Overall, very disappointing. I could not recommend to anyone.

First room the first thing I saw was that while the bed had been made the room didn’t look clean.. the OLD carpet that I was nervous to walk on looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Then there was roaches in the bed (I pulled the comforter off the bed the roach was underneath the comforter on the bed alive) there was cobwebs and baby roaches all over the tv and controller, then u walk into the bathroom and there was 5 big roaches crawling on the bathtub. We quickly left and the lady at the front desk was amazing and switched our rooms(even though they aren’t suppose to) and we were given a room with new floors, clean bathroom and no signs of a roach. But still nervous after that first room the beds were comfy, just hard to sleep after that first room

This was very poor as the room had so many roaches, they got into our food items and clothes. I called the front desk who said they couldn't move me as they needed approval and couldn't locate a manager. I ended up just leaving the hotel 4 hours after getting there. The lady at the counter was very nice but had no authority to do anything to help. then I called in for a refund and they tried to get out of returning my two night payment. Luckily Orbitz stepped in to recover the payment.

there was nothing at all to like!!!!! my bed looked like a dirty dog left paw prints.... blood stain on my top sheet i didn't notice until after i slept in it... plugs burned out or not working... description showed beautiful breakfast, cook died several weeks ago.. not replace. no food, no coffee... horrible horrible experience.

We left immediately and did not stay as planned. There were bugs (cockroaches and bed bugs mainly) everywhere on the foor, walls and in the bed sheets. The Non-Smoking rooms were definitely smoked in heavily and it felt extremely unsafe for my children to sleep there with us. We requested a connecting room, I was told there was no way to find out if they were connecting until after I had checked in and prepaid so we lost money before we found out we couldnt have connecting rooms.

The place is very old and badly in need of repair. The bath drained very slowly and the spigot seemed partly clogged as well. The internet didnt work as the login page would not load, and yes it was their issue because i was able to connect to and reach the login page of the Hampton next door with no problems. Also one of the power outlets pulled right out of the wall when i unplugged my laptop.

We evacuated for Hurricane Ian as we were in a low laying area in a mobile home and were due for lots of rain and heavy winds. Floor was dirty! Entrance lights were not in working order! Issues with door not locking upon exiting room. (Although this problem was eventually fixed!) Breakfast not as was advertised on website. Refrigerator was not level. Also had issue with heater when we tried to warm up the room, it set the smoke alarm off. Needless to say, management for the most part was not very concerned about most of the issues that were brought to their attention! Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone either!

Were given a room with a broken, blinking light just outside the room. We also found the TV did not work. When we went to switch rooms and told the clerk about the blinking light she said "Yeah, it does that". She moved us to a room two doors down - and the remote didn't work there, either. Had to move th4e channels manually. Breakfast in a bag. Good Mexican restaurant down the road.

Moldy smelling , couldn't breathe in room. I reserved a handicap accessible room with wheelchair accessible bathroom and couldn't even get thru the bathroom door. The hotel didn't have a accessible room with accessible bathroom available and didn't have the courtesy to tell me before I drove from Jacksonville to get there. So never got to stay and with the moldy room I wouldn't want to.

Awful. While i dont expect the hotels to be like the pictures but this was awful. It has pictures of a nice pool but this one is used for chair storage. A nice gym. Nope they store tables there. Buffet breakfast. Nope just coffee with warm expired creamer. Have a restaurant bar. Nope the guy quit and havent hired anyone else. Look at page details all this is available. Wish i could post photos here. Plus before we checked out and loading the car one of the workers walks into our room and cant speak english and looking around like a creep. Worst possible experience.

I wasn’t pleased with my stay here. I have to change rooms three times to get on that was ok and offered everything I was told come with the property. I didn’t send much time there, just to rest. This place seems to be in the mist of renovation. Some areas of the property seem to be a bit unsafe.

The property is poorly maintained. Towel rack was missing in the lavatory area with bracket hanging loose where it used to be. The towel rack next to the tub/shower is barely hanging on the wall and is bent down. The coffee maker was too dirty to use. The bed was caved in at the middle from long use and both mattresses need replacement. Basically, the current owner is not spending any money on maintenances and only provides room service (cleaning,)on request. It should be done daily. I will never stay there again!
