The only thing wrong was my extreme disappointment that the hot tub was under maintenance. Having just had surgery I was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. This could have been told to me at check in instead of me going to the pool area at 8:00 am to find that it was closed. The pool room was also very cold

Thank you for taking a moment to tell us about your stay. I do apologize that our hot tub did need to be closed unexpectedly. I have reviewed your concerns and we were able to correct the room temperature that day. We do hope that you return soon to try the hot tub again.
