Bad, bad, bad

I called and asked about a handicapped accessible room. I told the girl that answered the phone I needed a bathroom and shower that my wife could get her walker in. Told her no upstairs unless there is an elevator. She said no problem. We get there, we are put on the 2nd floor with no elevator, because she lied to us and said she would make sure we were taken care of. Finally got a room on the first floor but my wife couldn't take a shower. She couldn't get her walker into the bathroom. The whole room hadn't been vacuumed because there was an old receipt on the floor right by the bed. We usually stay at LA Quintas none have ever been this bad. Never again
