Easy access for our road journey.

Easy to access. The staff were helpful. Room was not very clean. Needs updating. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Usual hotel breakfast

Good hotel.

Pros: Good condition. Friendly staff.
Cons: Stairs could be vacuumed better.
Location: Right off of Highway 51/39 with good access to downtown Wausau.
Needed a hotel for one night attending a wedding. This hotel was cost effective, had a good clean room, nice pool and hot tub, and the walls were thick enough so that we did not hear noise from near-by rooms. A good experience.

Great Breakfast service

Pros: Everything
I don't know how make waffles, they have helper/server for breakfast, she was amazing and very friendly. I was there on 9/3 morning for breakfast and I was happy with service !!

No elevator??

I was surprised to find a"modern" two-story hotel with no elevator. Room and rest of the hotel was OK for my two-night stay.

clean rooms polite staff

I forgot my phone charger at home, when I mentioned it to the staff, she quickly found me one to borrow for the evening. Great service.

Remote pillows

The stay was pretty good. My only issues were with the remote control on the TV and the size of the pillows. The remote's volume wouldn't work. I addressed the issue with staff and they moved me to a new room and the problem was solved. I appreciate that. The pillows though are almost like fluffy balls. They're too thick and round for my tastes. Maybe if you're going to have 6 pillows on a bed then make a few that are flatter or at least of a different shape that the super fluffy ones. Lastly, the wifi was so weak that I couldn't connect my Chromecast to it. I had no issues with my ipad and iphone. But the chromecast was unable to see the wifi because of how weak it was. Not a huge problem. Just pointing it out.
