We arrived early for an event. Staff happily checked us into a room so we had time to relax and dress for the event. Staff is kind and helpful.

The staff was friendly, the room was a little musty but was better once we had airflow. The only prepared hot breakfast food were sausage links.

Had to change rooms because the toilets are so low flow on flush that they get clogged after using them. The same thing happened in the new room so we checked out early. Brought it up to staff and they offered to have someone there in an hour to look at it. Instead they sent some lady who I assume is one of the owners to unclog the toilet. All the staff seemed either upset, or bothered that they had to do anything. I asked some locals about the place and we had stayed there before and apparently the new owners are making sure that no one wants to be there.

Nice and quiet, easy to get to, and nice outdoor inspired decor but not overdone. The breakfast was very disappointing. Instant packages of oatmeal, toast, prepackaged muffins and sweet rolls, and packages of junk food like you find by the counters in grocery stores. We went elsewhere for breakfast. We would stay therr again.

Relaxing stay
We got the room with the jacuzzi tub and it was well worth it. So relaxing and quiet. The room/hotel is a little outdated. One of the lamps in our room was held together with black electrical tape but overall decent. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Breakfast was just ok. Only eggs, toast, bagels,coffee etc. but there are a good amount of places to eat nearby.

Suprising trip
We came just for an overnight from out of state and were late due to a wedding reception but had no problems checking in. The hotel was beautifully themed and clean and very new looking. We booked a jacuzzi suite and i had to call desk because i didnt know how to use jacuzzi and they were wonderful in walking me through it.

Wrong room
They put us in the wrong room. First told us they didnt have any rioms with king bed, even though that was the reservation. Then they came out and said Expedia gave them the wrong information even though the booking was through hotels.com.

Great place to stay
Occasionally work up in that area, and since the 1st time i stayed there ive alwats tried to stay there. My room was always cleaned and done up when id return for the night. Friendly staff, very nice lobby.

Same room as last year damp, AC needs an update room needs to have furniture moved there is trash and food under dressers. Family is great and hotel is convenient. Easy in and easy out.

Yucky smell, unfortunate climb!
We did not like the stairs although the younger male was quick to promise to help carry items. It did mean I needed to climb the stairs however! The room was comfortable with a comfortable bed but an unpleasant odor which I though was smoker’s but my husband felt was smelly feet.
