"I am very angry with this property. Upon check-in, we were informed that as of that morning, they had changed the terms of their rentals. They would no longer provide dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee pots, toasters, etc. They informed us we needed to pay additional for these products. Additionally, they were no longer serving
