The owner responded quickly to all my questions and provided guidance when asked. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Great location for groceries, food, gas and easy to get to anywhere in Des Moines in 15-25 min. Would consider this house again with my family. We had 3 adult married children plus 3 kids (4, 16mo, 9mo) and my husband and I. We appreciated the great room sizes and beds all being King/Queen and rooms accommodating pack n plays. Three full Bathrooms made getting ready with 10 people a breeze. Nice back yard area and large outdoor deck table:chairs for extra seating was great! Kitchen was decently stocked with basics, we didn’t have any issues making meals. Appreciated new appliances and large refrigerator!
