"This place is falling apart. Parking lots was half dirt and the other half chunks of concrete. The front desk guy gave me a room that was already occupied. Went up to the room and the door was open. I looked in and someone was already there. It also looked filthy which was representative of the rest of the property. I was totally uncomfortable staying there so I went down the road and booked somewhere else. Front desk refused to give me a refund. I do not know why Hotels.com even lists this property. I have booked numerous time with you and this is by far the worst experience ever. "

"SC was the fifth leg of our vacation on the East Coast. This property was ideal for relaxing after a hectic few weeks. Ty is a wonderful communicator and has a heart for hosting. He went so far as to have supplies delivered (paper towels, coffee, trash bags, etc…) to make our stay more comfortable. The cleanliness of the unit was superb and the property was comfortable and offered us room to spread out and rejuvenate. Thank you, Ty for a wonderful stay. "
