"Hotel was nice. Understood still fairly new with some things missing like office space for meetings. I did have one issue technology aspect. When trying to cast with my device, it came up as another room number. There was also missing a Bible in the room. Never been in an hotel that did not have a Bible. The shower body wash was not up to par. Not enough suds."

"First of all, it took an hour from the airport to get a shuttle. Second of all, it took another 45 minutes to check in by the time we got there, only one one person work in the counter at a big resort. The air conditioning in our room did not work. It was set at 65 but the temperature remains 72. The internet also was slow or never worked. The pool is a joke. Could not use it because it was crowded and being so small we couldn't get a place to lay out. It was probably one of my worst stays at a hotel. And the staff wasn't helpful when I called to tell him about the issues we had with the air conditioning and internet"

"The communication in the beginning was not great. They gave us the wrong code to enter the house and I tried to contact the numbers listed and they took over 15 mins to get back to me. The host didn’t apologize for the mistake and wrote a response that was condescending. Once we got into the house, we had a good stay. I would stay there again but wish the communication would have been better."

"The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening."
