Given that the hotel is located right next to the convention center the hotel was very reasonably priced. The suite was large, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The metro stope (Mt. Vernon Sq) was just a few blocks away.

Great last minute spot for myself and a friend. Boutique style and basically a full apartment with living space and kitchenette. Has a bit of age but everything was clean, all incidentals (shampoo, shower cap, dish soap, etc) provided and the bed was very comfy!

This is one of the best hotel rooms I have stayed at for the price. It was actually a rather large apartment, fifth a full kitchen. What a find in DC!

The AC is centrally controlled. There is a thermostat in the room but does not control the temperature. On warmer days during the winter the rooms got up to 75 degrees. Left after the first night

I like this hotel. The suites are very roomy and comfortable. But a few of the flaws were disappointing and annoying. They use DirectTV. The satellite reception was NEVER reliable and it was IMPOSSIBLE to enjoy any program, or even watch the news. The other annoying flaw was that there was no clock in the bedroom. You never realize how much you rely upon that clock until it isn't there.

Fantastic stay - will 100% stay here again. The suite was really nice, with a huge living room that included a sofa-bed, lounge chairs, counter, and a fine kitchen. The bedroom was a good size too, the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was similarly great - super pressure in the shower and AC worked a charm - responsive and not noisy. Everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen had plenty of plates, flatware, etc. and a dishwasher to boot. The building is very nice, clean, and modern and the staff were super accommodating (I arrived early and they made no fuss). This was a work trip - it is just around the corner from the Convention Center. However, it would've been great for a family too. Overall, this was a MUCH better stay than I expected and very good value for money.

On checking in, though late, the staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The suite was very nice and clean. The hotel was extremely close to the convention center and walkable to a wide variety of restaurants as well as grocery stores.

I liked the easy accessibility to the convention center and the paid parking close by. I didnt like the pull handle main door and the steps which was difficult maneuver with luggage.

My wife and I were in town for an overnight stay for a concert and museum. The one bedroom suite room was really nice - large kitchen/living room space with a full kitchen, excellent dual shower (fixed and hand-held) with full-body spray jets, plenty of closet/storage space. It was evident from.appearance and smell that things were cleaned well. We only stayed one night, so we didn't really need to press the full kitchen into service. But for longer stays, you're set to go for heating up or refrigerating food (and wine! :-) , or cooking (plates, utensils, etc. are provided). The windows were operable (which was great for our Autumn stay) and climate control was superb. You may want to bring your own brand of coffee, as they provide a 6 cup maker and filters...but the coffee provided is not too great. Great eating options nearby. Overall, a very nice experience!

For the parking, we already informed you in the hotel confirmation we sent to you after you booked your reservation that the hotel doesn't have parking for the guest, but there's a public parking next to our hotel building that you can pay for.

I really liked this property. Is isn’t luxury but it is clean and spacious and they thought of many details - coffee and creamers, dishwasher detergent, new sponge for the kitchen. Even had a window that would open for some fresh air. I was there for a conference but would definitely stay again on a family visit to DC.

Wow. Impressive. Great Value
I was definitely impressed. I would stay again. I will definitely recommend to friends/ family. The Eldon is on a quiet side street in a safe neighborhood. Great location. Easy to walk to museums, government buildings. Surrounded by historic buildings. An added bonus is the Giant grocery store within easy walking distance. You can get your supplies for your room, if you plan on cooking/ eating meals in room. This hotel is super clean, very shiny and upscale looking. Rooms are huge. More like an apartment, than a hotel. I liked everything. I have zero criticism. It's a really nice place. Finally, it's a great value relative to the price of the room. I would stay longer next time.
