I enjoyed my stay but the room was way too small to be comfortable. Stayed too many days to relax in this room. Should have asked for another room when I checked in, but was too tired. Food was good and efficient.

The location is good. It is near the tourist spots. And the staff are so nice and helpful. I used the computer and printer in business center and they are totally free!!

Nice hotel but shower didn't work

Posted 02-May-2016
Nice hotel but the shower didn't work. I didn't complain because i had no time to wait for them to work something out. Also, the staff didn' t notify me that they moved my reservation to a hotel across the street because of waterpipe problems

Great hotel, great location!

On our very first trip to Washingto DC, we chose this hotel. Primarily for it's close proximity to the White House and the National Mall. You can walk to great restaurants and museums. The closest Metro station is 1-2 blocks away. Washington also has Rental bike stations all over the city and there is one very close to this hotel. You can ride the bike all the way to the Tidal Basin to see the city in an exciting way. This hotel looks old on the outside but very modern on the inside and with updated rooms. They even have a great looking courtyard. Only problem we encountered was the dead bolt on our main door wasn't flush, so we couldn't double lock it on our first night. We let the staff know and they fixed it the next morning. Great hotel, highly Recommended.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly. The hotel is located approximately 20 minutes away from Metro (walking). A breakfast cafe is right around the corner, as well as a CVS store, should one require it. :)

Charming hotel with modern rooms

Posted 25-Apr-2016
Pros: The room was wonderful - robe in the closet, clean and recently refurbished bathrooms, comfortable bed. Outlets everywhere. Room service.
Cons: Room service ended earlier than I would have liked, given my late arrival.
Location: Convenient downtown location for business or sightseeing - I did both.
Was just what I needed for my short stay - comfortable room and convenient location.

Very nice central hotel

I was very pleasantly surprised by the Morrison Clark. I a city of great hotels, this is a small gem. Meticulously maintained with a multi-cultural and friendly staff, and a lobby bar, it was perfect for me. It's an old building in the city, so not exactly soundproof, but my room overlooking the street and above the lobby was quiet and luxuriously appointed.

Bad experience

Posted 01-Apr-2016
I paid for a Junior Suite and receive a regular room. The room was near the Gym and was terrible, problem with the air condition. 2 day later the hotel change the room, a really bad experience!
