Stayed 4 days, bought parking at $25/day. After the first day parking exit failed. Needed to back up, go to reception, get a new ticket and be late for my meeting. Every day the same. Apparently happens to a lot of others. Fix the system already.

The view from our room and that of the restaurant was incredible!!! The ambience was old world and very charming. The rooms were nice and pretty clean, but the shower dripped, and the faucet in the bathroom moved when you changed positions from hot to cold.
The staff were all excellent and very approachable.
We had issues with whoever was in the room next to us, as they conducted extremely loud conversations and banging on the walls into the wee hours of the morning. Not conducive to a good nights sleep.

Receptionist was very kind, difficulty with parking access, room smelled of moisture and smoke, dust collection visible in corners, base of wall/floors, behind bed etc. great view from balcony. Decent dining options within walking distance.

Good location, convenient and very reasonably priced parking.
Restaurant food so so but views to the river and DC are amazing.
Talking about views, my room was also facing river and DC and big windows makes all the difference. One important note to hotel management - manage somehow to get those windows cleaned, it is like a crime to have such an amazing views and so dirty windows obstructing views.

This property offers everything you need and a little more at a very affordable price. The staff were very friendly and the facility was very clean. It is just steps away from the Metro station making it a great place to stay with quick and easy access to Washington DC.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a convention 7 mins away. At first I was a bit skeptical but let me just say I’m so glad I book Not only is this hotel affordable, the staff was very nice and the hotel was extremely clean and inviting. At 11:50am we called down and asked for a late check with no hassle whatsoever. No one came banging on or door at check out time and the balcony was a plus. Normally hotels in the dc area with balconies are super expensive but this hotel was perfect and perfectly priced. We definitely will be staying here everytime we visit

This was for my nieces’ 11th birthday. She had her 2 besties come & they swam in the pool & had a wonderful time. The front desk was incredibly friendly and looked professional! I’m happy I found this property and absolutely plan on staying again :)

The rooms are old and need serious updating. No fridge or microwave. They want you to buy everything at the hotel. Breakfast buffet is $10 per person. Parking is $20 per day which you don't know until you arrive.

The room was passable, but lots of dust and grime in the corners. The pool was great, and made it worth it, but the hotel desperately needs an update.

Very good service !!! Room was very comfy and was quiet. Beds were very cozy and went to sleep quickly. This was my second visit to this hotel due to proximity to DC attractions. Highly recommend this hotel.
