The receptionist seemed like she was making us a favor to check us in. Barely talked to us because she was on a call all the time. The room was okay, but the pillow had no pillow cases and the tub had the paint coming out. Not a place I would recommend to go back.

I did not like dragging my suitcase up the stairs as there is no elevator. I also dislike having my door open on the outside instead of a hallway. And you can hear the traffic in 28.

Much better under new management
Stayed here once last winter and it was not a good experience. Tried multiple rooms and the heat didn't work well in any of them. Seems they are under new management now. The customer service was great, riom was clean, and the heat worked.

I've never stayed at a hotel before that was this disgusting, mold everywhere, mold in shower, dirty shower curtains, room was not cleaned as well as they claim, I highly advise staying somewhere else

Checked in was easy, room however…. Tv remote didn’t work, she brought one. Also told her that the night stand & dresser are dirty and have a substance that looks like glass along with white stuff on it, also blood spatter on the wall & tv. She informed me housekeep would come in the morning. She then left and came back with a towel and wiped the night stand, dresser & tv. Blood spatter I wiped from the wall. Tv would only stay on 5-10 mins then cut off….note in the bathroom says it’s throughly cleaned & then inspected by manager, I guess they all did t see the blood or substances. Idk

This property appropriate for an overnight stay for a single person. I wouldn't recommended an extended stay, especially with elderly family members. My room had a refrigerator which didn't work. My mom had a room where the freezer hadn't been cleaned after someone spilled juice inside. Bathrooms were clean yet dimly lit. This property is serviceable yet in definite need of an upgrade.

The first room they gave me was filthy, the AC wasn’t working and I even found what I believe was a very alive wasp inside. The second room they switched me to had a working AC but was still dirty. The room was so cold, and the sheets didn’t provide any warmth; I had to use the heater to be able to sleep (in the middle of summer, by the way). I checked every corner of that bed before I slept on it, not all lamps worked, there was no toilet paper and the bathtub was dirty (luckily I wasn’t going to use it). Don’t ever stay there, pay the extra bucks for a better hotel; I learned the lesson.

Lamp missing shade on lamp beside kitchen area. Had to hunt for the one trash can, It was iin the back of the bathroom sink cabinet. The AC was weird...When on the air was ice cold and you needed to cover up. As soon as the AC stopped the room was so hot we would sweat. No shampoo. One of the main reasons we choose this motel was for "breakfast" which turned out to be granola bars.

Just an ok ok one!
I am not really impressed with this hotel of Extended Stay. Looks like the establishment was an old one and not much improvements were done. The room was ok. If you need a place to stay for a day or two for a less price compared to other ones in that area, you could choose this. After staying, I thought I could pay the extra 10-15 for other hotels. The potty got stuck. The shower was not up to mark. Breakfast to-go comprised of some muffins and oat meal bars. One other guest waited for coffee and was told that won't be available for that day any more since the unit went bad. One good thing this hotel is pretty close to IAD. Overall not a good experience.

This place will show you how to appreciate and love your own home. My room's tub\shower was peeling so I had to watch out for that while taking my lackluster shower. The white stains on the "seen better days" chair in the very small room held my bag nicely. I like the motel's direction in using a blanket for the bed that was a thin as the bed sheet itself. Somehow that made falling asleep on this top-of-the-line mass shelter bed come together. After a night filled with that "I wonder what kind of drug deal is happening just a few doors down the walkway of my strip mall motel room" thoughts, I woke with the excitement of getting my hands on some of that "free breakfast" that was advertised. It was a godsend. A few muffins in a clear plastic bag with no name on them underneath a coffee maker that had to come from a bodega that just got a new one. Sure, you could've got some of the crackers that were on the shelf, but those muffins had color to them, and who is going to pass up some color to start there day. And crackers are for soup. Which I'm sure that coffee maker makes as well. Stay here in confidence.

Checked in and found the heat in my room was left off so the room was cold. Turned on the heat which blew very cool air. Let it run thinking it might warm up which it didn't. Tried to call the desk but the phone in the room didn't work. Went to the front desk and they changed my room. Second room was just barely warmer, still quite chilly, and the heating unit only blew cool air like the unit in the first room. Didn't have time to keep changing rooms so I just tolerated it. This place might be ok in the summer but I wouldn't recommend it in the winter.
