nice outdoor courtyard

Staff was friendly. Somehow they had our reservation as cancelled but then were able to find it. This has happened before with expedia that they don't initially see the reservation for some reason. Outdoor courtyard was nice and you could have a glass of wine out there.

Convenient location to the University of Maryland.

Spacious room for a family of five in a convenient location close to many restaurants and stores. We stayed there while looking at colleges for my high school junior. Very close to University of Maryland and also not far from DC colleges and attractions.

The hot water was not working I inform the front desk and left the hotel to another hotel. The weather was very cold. No one refund my money.

Overall stay was good , good experience. Need to work on the availability of in room dining and breakfast menu.

Good stay, with minor TV problem

Very friendly staff and good location. Comfortable room and bed. Television in room was the only drawback. Could not understand why ESPN was not available, and there were several stations that would not appear. Tried to adjust using the menu on the available remote that did not match the television, but that didn't work. Also mentioned it to the front desk, but to no avail. Still, give the hotel above average marks overall. The Bistro also has quality, reasonably-priced food.
