Occasionally the building staff has scheduled maintenance work, we would be very grateful if you could allow access to the building during your stay.

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature.

Simple cost-effective accommodations. Stayed for close to two weeks. Roomy and comfortable. Close to public transportation for easy access into DC. Lots of food options in the area for dinner and lunch.
