This s a very average hotel. the staff are friendly but the hotel is a little tired. Rooms adequate but lacking in basics (for 2019) no USB charging for phones, no plugs near bed (a problem as I need to use medical equipment for sleep), SD television with a restricted channel selection.

Liked the cleanliness and tidiness of the room. My friends room had the bedroom window broken - room 127 and the bedside light wasn’t working in room 129. The assistant swiftly moved my friend to alternative accommodation and handled the issue very well. My broken bedside light was quickly sorted and your receptionist / fixit man was excellent!

Room was smaller than expected it was a family room with two beds. Needs more storage too.
