Whether you're here for business or leisure, the property provides the perfect blend of peaceful living and easy access to all that Warwickshire has to offer. On the ground floor, there is a games room which houses a full size Ping Pong table, perfect for some downtime games when relaxing at the property. The middle floor offers a relaxing lounge with floods of natural light and comfortable seating, and a modern kitchen equipped with everything you will need for your stay. There is also a toilet on this floor. The top floor has two bedrooms, both offering King Sized beds and a shared bathroom with both a bath and shower. Guest have exclusive use of the whole property during their stay. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
