I booked 2 of the basic rooms - 1 each for me & my friend at the same price. My room was lovely, clean, spacious etc I'd say to UK Premier Inn standard - very comfy double bed. My friend's room had 2 double bedrooms, lounge, bathroom with washing machine, kitchenette with dishwasher! The kitchen was not quite as clean as it could have been though but nothing gross. The location was about 30-40 min walk to the Old Town of Warsaw & there was a lot of building work going on all around with the older buildinga being torn down & new ones going up. We were there Fri-Mon and it was not noisy so the immediate area wasn't pretty to look at but had no other impact on us.

Small room that wasn't really an apartment as the name suggests. Hard to find with reception being a ten minute walk from the rooms. Directions given at reception weren't the most clear but it was a decent room when we finally got there. Very clean and comfy but our biggest disappointment was our kettle didn't work after two weeks of looking forward to a cuppa we were heartbroken. All in all decent value and good service from all staff we encountered

Good for the money
The apartment is 10 mins walk from the check-in reception. It's fine for the sunny day. Unfortunately, we arrived on a rainy day. It was kind of nightmare. Apart from that, it's good for the money. new apartment, beautiful view. 15 mins walk from two metro stations. 25 mins walk from Warsaw Central train station.

The room was on the 16th floor but the lift only went to the 15th floor. There was only one small window in the room. .

Nice and warm.
Nice room in a nice environment. Only small issue is the fact that the reception is about 500mt away from the building and we would have appreciated to be taken to it other then just being given instructions on how to get there and a call us back if you find any issues.... Other than that (and several white stains on carpet in comunal areas) the place is nice, generally well kept and warm...

Location good. Paid for “superior apartment” but nothing particularly spectacular about the apartment. Had terrible duvet set which was unclean and also had a ‘protector’ on which felt like those you put on for a child who wets the bed.

Very lovely hotel
The hotel itself is very lovely and is well stocked with towels and some lovely soaps. My only issue with the hotel was that it was roughly 30 minutes away from some of the big attractions and if you're staying on the 16th floor you have to work up the stairs from the 15th, which isn't too convenient with large suitcases!

I have I stayed at the platinum apartments three times, and have found fault each time. The commonest fault is that we have to climb the stairs to reach the 16th floor from the 15th. The rooms have also got smaller and smaller, this time the room was completely dominated by a king-sized bed, and there was only room for a plastic chair to sit on and the TV was so high up the wall even sitting the furthest distance from it in the plastic chair one still had to look up to view it !!! So the next time I visit Warsaw, and I will not abandon platinum but I will use the towers instead . And I have just been returned in order to fill in comments about the staff, which were in fact completely hidden from view apart from the concierge which was even in another building about 500 yards away !!!

Nevertheless please note, that we clearly inform that the check-in place for Platinum Apartaments is in the other building than the apartment itself (at Grzybowska street 61 so about 300 m away). The other thing is that we also offer Basic rooms at Platinum Apartments which are 20 sq.m. big, and are not apartments, but 2-person rooms with king-size beds and a bathroom. Very disappointing but a great location
Rooms in need of SERIOUS refurbishment- very tired and knocked about.Poor quality fixtures and fittings.They looked like a job lot of IKEA rejects. Checkin facilities a joke for the Zelazna street rooms- You check in a 10 minute walk away in Grzybowska street as there is no reception desk . Corridor looked like a bombsite- but I understand it is now being refurbished. Terribly ironic that the apartments are in the same complex as Warsaw's most expensive apartment!!!

Lovely room to stay, could've done without the memory foam topper, the bed sheets weren't tucked in, could've done with more showers, restaurants round there very nice and surprisingly cheap, id recommend going in the Summer time, it could've been better if we were informed of the check in process before hand as was very confusing with going to various buildings.

I wouldn't use their service again..
The room was clean and other than that i was very disappointed. First of all, we had to get the key from traveling to another building nearby and it wasnt written on the instruction. The room did not look what it looked like in the pictures. My room was on the 16th floor but the the elevator only had access to 15th floor and we had to walk up the stairs with our luggages. We needed an iron and we asked for it, we waited for more than 40 min even thought we were told itd only take 15 min max. And guess what, they left the iron inside the room when we werent there. The shower rack was broken, and we had a tiny window... just one. Well i wouldnt use them again.

The young woman receptionist totally confuses us regarding using the telephone to make a call in Warsaw. I made several calls to the desk and one time no one picked up the phone. At another time it rang for too long.

Reasonable comfort for a reasonable price
This was a way station for us on the way home for a long trip in Poland. The hotel staff was friendly and kept our luggage for us after we checked out but before we went to the airport. Staff speaks English well. Neighborhood was rather noisy at night due to weekend revelers.

The reception is not in the same place as the apartment.You have to walk about 350 meters, then take a taxi to the 15th floor and then walk up a flight of stairs to get to the level with the rooms. When I got to mine, the electricity was not working. It took an hour for a tech to come fix it. There was hair and breadcrumbs all in the bed. It was not clean. It was more expensive then other places and it was disgusting. I will never go there again.

I had stayed here a long time ago, and the reception area was in the same building and now it's moved, and only found out after I had been dropped off, so had to walk to the new reception area through the snow and then went I got there was sent to another reception area, then back through the snow to the apartment, I think this needs to be put up on the hotel.com website and this hotel page, I was fortunate enough to get a hand with my luggage... Lovely apartment as i said I have stayed here before, but this time I had to pay for wifi which I find very strange in this day and age...sadly the next time I come back to Warsaw this apartment will not be on the top of my list..

When we booked this hotel, we knew that the reception is not going to be in the place we are staying itself. It's only a few minutes walk away. We did a late check-in, at about midnight and the receptionist looks like they can't be bothered to do their job. But when we saw our apartment, it was big, spacious, modern and clean. Perfect for the price we've paid. However, be prepared to chase them up over your deposit. After more than a month, there was still no sign of the returned deposit and calling them or emailing them is impossible. It is literally impossible to get through them on the phone. Wasting my phone credit trying to get through to them and you will be on hold for the longest time possible. Apart from the poor customer service, everything else was top notch.

Let down by average service.
Had to check in at the Platinum Residence, which we already knew. However, the vague and inaccurate leaflet given to us which apparently showed us to the Platinum Apartments was disappointing. Once through the security door, we were in a courtyard with about 4 different towers which all looked the same. Very confusing. However, the apartment was modern, clean and very quiet. A good location for central Warsaw but it's about a 30 minute walk to the fabulous old town.

Be careful: Platinum apartments work like a spam.
Travelers should be very careful with Platinum apartments. First you never know if you have secured booking, they can cancel your booking anytime with 2 h warning. Second, if you book with them don't expect that you got what you wanted because they have several places around which are kind of low quality apartments. They may tell you that they don't have free rooms only for a sole purpose to push you to these low quality locations at premium price. Don't trust them if they offer you a superior room as an extra for free. They offered me but they did not have any worse one. The quality is really low, starting with the lobby, dirty and stinky. It is equivalent of a hotel between 1 and 2 stars in countries from 3rd world. I do not recommend them to anybody.

The overall score of 1 is based on the hotel service. I hate to call it hotel because it is not. Looks like the. Apparently there's platinum hotel and residence. The residence look like it's own by someone asking the hotel to assist in getting guest. The staff at the hotel don't care about you once the key is given to you. It is a good walk from the hotel. Imagine arriving late and having to walk back and forth with your luggage. I asked for socket adapter, they advised me to go and ask Hilton hotel down the road. When I suggested he calls them first before I walk there. He said, he cannot and only trying to help me and left me standing there The room is top class alright but the service is horrible. wouldn't recommend for 1 Euro. location the place was difficult as well. Nobody knows it as you have regular tenant in other flats there.

When we arrived, the hotel reception had moved to a different address which we weren't advised of. We couldn't find the address for an hour because we were tourists and spoke little Polish, with the locals speaking little or no English. When we did find the address we were sent back to another address where our room was, when we got there the room was unclean. We had to go all the way back to reception to complain. They also put us on the 16th floor but the lift only went to the 15th floor. Although the staff helped us eventually, I would not recommend this hotel.

This accommodation was mostly of a high standard. It was quite centrally located which was handy and within a 5-10 min walk of the trams to the old town of Warsaw. 15- 20 mins walk in the opposite direction takes you to the bus station where the 175 bus goes to the airport. The appartment complex where our accommodation was based was actually a 5-10 minute walk from reception but the reception staff gave clear details of how to get to it and we found it quite easily. When we entered the appartment complex which is secured with a key card system we found it difficult to find the floor we were on as we were on the 16th floor and the lift only went up to the 15th floor. After asking security staff we found out that we had to get out on the 15th floor then walk up another set of stairs to get up to the 16th floor which seemed to be made out of the roof space. The room was clean, minimalistic, and tidy. The shower and toilet were of a high standard and the bed was comfortable. There was cable tv but if you're english speaking like us then you'll only really have a music channel and BBC world news to watch, but thats no problem, if you're stuck in your hotel room then you're missing out on what Warsaw has to offer! The room had air conditioning and tea and coffee facilitities. The only reason we would not stay here or encourage others to stay here would be the total lack of a fire alarm and smoke alarm in the room or the corridor directly outside the room. Dodgy on 16th floor!

Last time in Warsaw, I used the Platinum Residence,and had quite a nice stay. Firstly, I had to check in at the Platinum Residence,as there are 2 receptions,Sods Law stated I went to the wrong reception first, I checked in, got the key,and electric card, and was then told the good news. We had to walk to the P.Apartments,about 400+yards,the room was on the 16th floor, the lifts only reached the 15th! so after carrying the luggage that distance, it had to be humped up a flight of stairs by hand. when we reached the room upon opening the door, I narrowly avoided a collision with a very large pillar,right in front of the door,the room however was so small that without the pillar being there I would have tripped over the bed. I could not work the remote comfort control so the room was very warm indeed,it had underfloor heating which kept the marble floor tiles simmering nicely.I never slept in the bed once as the room was so warm,I slept rather fitfully on the top. The pillows also seemed inadequate for a king size-2 large square pillows,and 2 normal sized maroon cushions.we were told when we checked out to put the key in a numbered letter box. Check out time was 12.00, and room cleaning wanted to do the room before 10! Her,and the occasional security,and the car park barrier attendant were the only members of staff seen all week.There was a very impressive reception area but it was not in use

Nice apartments but too inconvinient
The hotel was great, the room was really nice. But the checkin was 3 blocks away from the apartment, not in the same building and with no acces to teh front desk. This for me is terribly thought, one needs towels, room service, laundry, etc. and you cant get this. Only if you walk 3 blocks in the cold. Plus if you are traveling with a group you cant have 2 keys, and you have to have an extra key to acces the building since there is no staff there

Check in was a wee bit of a problem, a notice on the door gives you directions to another complex 5 mins away and you need to check in there. The room said free wifi, however hotel declined until I produced a copy of the room description, worth printing that off just in case. Deposit was via credit card, not a huge issue but not explicit in the small print. Only serviced once a week the black bin bag soon filled up, a service every 3/4 days would be good. In the superior apartment there is a dish washer, might be a good idea to bring a few dish washer tabs with you, also some clother washing tabs if you want to make use of the washing machine in the bathroom. Overall a good apartment but walls are paper thin between apartments and whilst neighbours not that noisy, ear plugs for bet time a good idea. Negotiate your own rate with taxi firm to/from airport as only 35k not the price the hotel quoted.

Lovely hotel
The only thing I didn't like was that the address on Expedia makes you think that it's the business of the same name. I was very confused and had to walk around until I found it because I didn't realize it was also a different building then where you get the key. Please put this in BIG BOLD LETTERS on the Expedia website, because it took me over and hour to check because the directions were so faulty.

Great place to stay in Warsaw
The apartment was large, airy and clean as a whistle. The location was also great - very central, close to a supermarket, coffee shop, public transport, restaurants, walking distance to Uprising Museum, etc. Would definitely recommend, and stay there again on a future trip.

We had an easy check in and got to our room fine. The room was 2 large bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, large bathroom and a sofa bed. For the short amount of time we slept in the beds they were extremely comfy and the rooms were very clean.
