"There was fairly easy walking access to the innovation center metro line and we could have used the free shuttle to dulles for access to the metro there. The room was great, the people wonderful. My only real criticism was the elevator. Despite there being three, we waited several minutes each and every time for a car to arrive -- time of day didnt mayter nor nbwr of guests present. It just took a long long time."

"I wanted a handicap accessible room for my family. Even though I left a note and called ahead, they didn’t have one reserved for us when we arrived. THEY FIXED IT. If you need a handicap accessible room for a family, consider connecting rooms. They don’t have a handicap accessible rooms for FAMILIES but the extra expense for a room connected to a handicap accessible room is 100% worth it."
