Good value for Money.
Excellent location, right in the city centre but on a side-street and not on the acutal shopping-street. We stayed in the annex, who was in direct connection with main-building, reception and two good steak-restaurants.

I made a short vacation with my family and was looking for a nice and clean hotel in Rostock. After i saw the reviews I booked it for us we had 2 rooms for all of us (5). Don’t get me wrong, the room looked clean and the sheets were changed and fresh. But The rooms where dirty the carpet wasn’t vacuumed and the bathroom wasn’t mopped ether. I had the room for kids because I have a 3 and 11 year old. So the bathroom had some brown spots all over the floor, i found long dark hair on the toilet seat and all over the room. Like on the nightstand the table what the heck there were every where. The. Tv in the room was mamking noises like it wanted to explode every second. My parent room wasn’t any better same thing no clean floor or bathroom this one was even sticky. You know you come in a room and the first thing you hear is the nice gluey sound of your shoes on the floor. Mmmm lovely. Theree is no phone in the rooms also the reception is in another building and not open the hole time at 8:30 pm there closed down so super nice if you have a complaint and no one to contact. We booked the breakfast. Don’t do it there is a bakery right around the corner for a nice breakfast. I thing there dishwasher wasn’t working properly or there really reused the dirty dishes. There where butter and coffee spots on almost every dish. I don’t mean the coffee spot on the side of a cup or on top of the plate no I mean the one you leave with your mouth wile drinking out of it. Positive surprise in an excellent location.
This hotel is smack dab in the middle of the Altstadt. The check-in desk is located in the middle of a courtyard, but my room was in a building 2 streets down in another building. No big deal. The room was spacious and comfortable. I liked it. The only thing I didn't like was the deep tub with a hand sprayer instead of a shower. Inconvenient, but no big deal. Also, nobody was at the checkout desk in the morning, so I left my key in my room unlocked. I guess it was okay, I haven't been told anything yet. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Pleasant hotel close to train station
Had some difficulty finding the hotel when we arrived at the station as taxi would not take us there as "it was within the walking area". Signage was somewhat lacking and we had to drag our cases over the cobbled streets. We were made welcome when we arrived and we were very happy with the room.

Nice Hotel, But Don't Be Late!
Clean room, convenient location in the center of Rostock. Reception closes at 9PM, so we would have been shut out if we had not been lucky enough to run into another guest who knew to take us to the adjoining restaurant to check in.

Very nice and spacious room. Right off the main pedestrian shopping street in the Old Town, close to central square. We came after reception closed, but not a problem as they had a dropbox for the key and were very helpful.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel in angenehm kleiner Atmosphäre. Beste Lage, super Personal! Und für den Preis auch absolut unschlagbar! Wir würden gern wiederkommen! :) Gern möchte ich auch die nicht mit 5 Sternen bewerteten Kategorien ansprechen. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war gut, die Betten sehr bequem. Allerdings ist die Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Schranktüren waren schief und klemmten, von allen Möbeln waren irgendwo Furnierstücke abgebrochen, als Teppiche waren „Küchen“-Läufer ausgelegt welche ich wirklich gegen einfache aus dem Wohnbereich tauschen würde. Die „Kitchen, Diner“ Aufschriften wirken leider etwas lieblos in einem Schlafraum. Ein wenig ärgerlich aber auch nicht zu störend empfand ich die Sauberkeit. Am unteren Duschkabinenrand war bereits Schimmel angesetzt, was in einem Feuchtraum ohne Fenster auch nur schwer im Griff zu halten ist. Zwischen Bett und Wand, sowie an den Betten hatte sich doch sehr viel Staub angesammelt was ein wenig unschön war. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, die negativen Punkte haben mich nicht sonderlich gestört, jedoch schreibe ich Ihnen gerne da sie von Feedback leben! :) Vielen Dank!

I did't like the parking place about the communication of it. You can't read the possebillity of this. Mijn ontvangst was kort en zeker niet volledig. Deze jongen had er weinig zin in. Achteraf bleek dit ook zijn laatste dag te zijn. Ik kan geen schrijven vinden over een parkeergelegenheid hoe dat in zijn werk ging, terwijl dit goed geregeld kon worden. Tip: geef dit aan op de website waar je jouw auto kan parkeren en hoe je dit daarna kan regelen. Er is daar weinig duidelijkheid over beschreven. Personeel was super gastvriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Ik werd persoonlijk begeleid naar mijn hotelkamer omdat ik niet goed het plattegrondje had gelezen de ik meekreeg. Ontbijt goed van alles wat je nodig had. Kwam je een half uur voor sluitingstijd werd er gevraagd of je scrumbeld eggs wilde of een spiegel ei. Service niets mis mee. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

J’ai passé quatre nuits dans cet hôtel. J’ai signalé dès le premier jour que la lampe de chevet ne fonctionnait pas, mais celle-ci n’a jamais été réparée… Par ailleurs, je déplore qu’il n’y ait pas dans la chambre la moindre table ou petit bureau pour pouvoir poser un ordinateur portable ou s’installer pour travailler ou écrire.

Bra övernattnings-hotell i annexet.
Boendet var bra och inget att klaga på! Alex är ju en annan typ av boende på hotell vilket vi visste. Vi sov gott i ett välstädat rum och rena fräscha sängar. Tack och lov att det låg på bottenvåningen! Med handikapp och till åren komna hade vi inte orkat högre upp 🤔 Hiss ❓ Svårt att hitta till receptionen, speciellt under dessa ombyggnader av gator! Trots vi visste vart vi skulle till ”vårt gamla” garage och att hotellet låg där , så var det svårt! Även om alla gator är öppna är det svårt att hitta receptionen inne i gången ‼️Hoppas det blir tydligare. Ett tips försök lämna lättare vägbeskrivning! Inget omdöme om hotellet mer än att det ser trevligt ut. Organisationen vid receptionen var stökig. Vem gör vad ❓❓❓

Zimmer klein, Frühstück toll, Parkplatz untragbar. 21€ für die erste Nacht, da Reception schon zu. 2. Nacht 15€ grenzwertig. 2 Nächte 36€ fürs parken, die Reception meinte "Ist hat City" ... nee Hamburg ist City, aber Rostock der Nabel.. Beim nächsten mal wieder draußen Bennewitz, da bekomm ich ein lecker Essen fürs Parken.

Noise - lärm
Very bad noise from 05 in the morning. From trucks delivering goods to shops and no sound isolation from hallway and neighbours at all. Even cleaning personel 3 hours before check out.
