"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! An Excellent Choice for a Rest

"I was impressed with this hotel and would recommend it. The single room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast (included in the price) was excellent with wide spread of choices. Help yourself. After a long flight to Berlin the hotel an hour north was an ideal stopping place."

"It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to the first floor but they just didnt care!Also its was dirty and honestly ild rather pay 20 euro more a night and go somewhere better if i knew how terrible it will be"
