I booked a room for my parents to stay. A spill in the room was reported on day1 and no one came to clean it the next day as well. Breakfast was also not great and in general the staff were too laid back to pay attention to any request. My parents decided to vacate the room the next day formally, forgoing night stay for day2. Hotel owner called on day3 to my father to see if they vacated the room which is a bizarre question and offered no apologies. I would not recommend for people to stay here, unless hotel has sorted out its way of operations.

The staff were very kind and welcoming, particularly Amuravathi and Bharathi, who regularly checked in to ensure I was okay and made sure I felt safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a lovely experience. The WiFi was a bit of an issue as there was no signal.

The property is conveniently close to the airport and very well maintained. The food is excellent and staff very helpful. I think one area staff could improve is check in process with overseas customers as they may not have all the accurate info in what is needed. This results in frustrating experience for the customer while checking in.
