"It is a fabulous country get-away. 45 minutes to Crystal Bridges. Walmart delivers to the house making it really easy. Beaver Lake is wonderful and the pier for the house is lovely. Also we rented a party barge to hang out in the lake and that was 45 minutes away in Eureka Springs. The property is large and we spotted deer and turkeys in the woods and a blue heron landed on the pier. The internet was great and the bbq pit easy as well. The pots and pans were first rate and there is a keurig machine that is part of the coffee pot. Our corgi had a blast!! The view from the house was amazing. It is a 10!!!!"

"This is an absolute beautiful property. The property was not as described, it was better. Beautiful scenery, the home had all the comforts of home and more. It was so nice sitting outside and enjoying my coffee looking at that view and hearing the birds and the fish jump. It was really tranquil, and gorgeous. We didn't want to leave, but we will definitely be back!!!"

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, with comfortable beds and seating. My son and I enjoyed ping pong battles each night. The host was always prompt with communication. The lake itself was calm and the temp was perfect! The reasons I docked it a star have to do with the location, and not the property itself or the host. It’s a dodgy drive in on a very rough, damaged road. Anyone in a car could be in trouble, and it takes a good 20 minutes just to get to the main road. The lake access from the house is also the public access road, so we were constantly navigating cars and people to get to the lake. I got into one argument with someone who was blocking the house access despite the No Parking signs. That access road was also very poorly kept, and we had to be very careful not to twist an ankle. Everybody slipped at least once. This may seem like nit picking, and it sort of is, buts it’s info I would have appreciated before we booked our stay. Hope it helps the next person. Beautiful home, helpful hosts, but for us, just a tick below 5 stars."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The lake sunset views were breathtaking and made for the perfect relaxing getaway. The entire booking process was seamless, and communication from start to finish was excellent. The property was spotless on the inside and incredibly comfortable—we felt right at home.If you’re looking for a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the lake, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable lakeside escape. Only takeaway is they need a full length mirror somewhere"
