Hatten zwei Hunde dabei, die sich auch wohl gefühlt haben. Trotz Wetterkapriolen haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Es war ruhig. Die kurzen Wege an den Hundestrand und zum Bäcker waren für uns optimal. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ##### Ute D. Als erstes fiel auf, dass es leider wirklich nicht sauber war, überall krümelig/sandig und viele Hundehaare, insbesondere an den Sofamöbeln und auf dem Boden. Wirklich nicht schön. Die Pfannen und Matratzen waren okay, aber nicht wirklich toll. Das Bad war leider nicht in der Anzeige abgebildet, reicht auch nur für eine Person aber ist ausreichend. Wir haben in dem Bett im EG geschlafen, hier knarzt/ knackt leider irgendetwas in der Decke nachts. Die Schlüsselübergabe etc lief aber problemlos. Nachbarn kann man reden hören, dementsprechend sollte man sich selbst auch etwas zurückhalten mit der Lautstärke. ##### Luisa H. Stayed 2 nights in Oct 2021 ### 6/10 Okay #### Frank N. 5 Aug 2021 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Lage aber kleinen Mankos Das Haus an sich ist schön und passend für die Nordsee eingerichtet (hier einfach die Bilder als Referenz nehmen) WLAN und Co, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und Platz für Klamotten und Co findet sich definitiv in einem der Schränke oder Kommoden. Der kleine Garten lädt mit seinen Gartenmöbeln zum Verweilen ein (das haben wir auf jeden Fall ausgenutzt). Jedoch hat der Strandkorb seine besten Tage bereits gesehen. Nun zu den Mankos: Das Häuschen an sich war bei unserer Ankunft leider alles andere als sauber und geputzt. Ergo mussten wir selber nochmals Hand anlegen. Da wir Urlaub hatten, wollten wir uns deswegen aber nicht sofort darüber beschweren. (Von solchen Urlaubern gibt es ja genug.) Leider kam aber noch ein defekter Backofen (die Temperatur konnte nicht reguliert werden) und eine defekte Waschmaschine (die Tür rastete nicht ein und somit gab es eine Fehlermeldung bezüglich der Schließmechanik) hinzu. Daraufhin haben wir uns bei der Agentur von "Kneip" in Horumersiel gemeldet. Hier kann ich für den Service nur fünf Sterne vergeben. Sehr sehr nett und freundlich, haben sich sofort um alles gekümmert und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Hinweis unsererseits: defekte Geräte und mangelnde Sauberkeit können nur dann beanstandet und repariert werden, wenn man etwas sagt! Da dies aber vorher niemand gemacht hatte, standen wir halt da und mussten mit der Situation erstmal klarkommen. Leider haben wir den Schlüssel für die Garage auch nicht gefunden. Somit hatten wir keinen Sonnenschirm und konnten auch nicht die Fahrräder begutachten, welche im Mietpreis enthalten sind. Wir hatten eh separat welche gemietet. Nichts desto trotz, das Haus liegt wirklich nur einen kleinen Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Perfekt um die Ferien am Meer zu genießen. Der Strandkorb, ebenfalls im Preis enthalten, war super. Horumersiel ist mit dem Fahrrad (mit Kindern) in ca. 10min zu erreichen. Dort gibt es genügend Lokale und Restaurants (sehr zu empfehlen ist hier das "Leuchtfeuer"). Die wenigen Restaurants in Schillig direkt haben wir tatsächlich nicht ausprobiert. Diese waren aber meistens voll (eigentlich ein gutes Zeichen). Die besten Fischbrötchen gibt es übrigens in Neuharlingersiel am Hafen. Einfach dort zum Verkaufsstand (oder dem Geschäft an der Straße) der Fischerei Genossenschaft gehen. Verdammt günstig und super lecker! Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Endlich mal wieder raus aus dem Alltag und dem ganzen Pandemie-Stress. ##### Frank N.
