On the ground floor is the living room with direct access to the terrace and the adjoining garden. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and has a dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc. Also located on the ground floor one of two bathrooms with bath, shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. The first floor has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds. From one of the bedrooms you have direct access to a balcony overlooking the fields. On this floor is another bathroom with shower and toilet. In the attic are two more bedrooms. Again, one of the bedrooms has a double bed and a bedroom has two single beds. The bedrooms with double beds are so spacious that without problems a cot can be provided. All windows have electric shutters or Equipped with night blinds. The rooms can be completely darkened. The object is located in a quiet cul de sac location. The beach is within walking distance of the object. A parking space is available directly at the apartment. Pets are allowed on request. Der Garten war vollkommen abgeschlossen; was super war, da wir einen kleinen Hund dabei hatten. Absolut ruhig gelegen, da hinter dem Garten das Feld anfing. In der Wohnung waren alle Rollläden herunter, die Heizung war aus, der Boden teilweise sehr staubig, besonders unter den Betten und die Wohnung war ausgekühlt, so dass man nicht ohne zu frieren sitzen konnte. Zudem waren bei einigen Zimmertüren die Klinken locker, sodass man aufpassen musste, sich nicht auszusperren. Nachdem wir dann die Heizkörper zum Heizen aufgedreht hatten, stellten wir fest, dass diese nicht richtig funktionierten, so dass ein Techniker herauskommen musste, um sich der Sache anzunehmen. Schade, für das bezahlte Geld von knapp 1300 Euro erwartet man etwas mehr... ##### Sabrina G.
