"It’s a nice place to go to relax and enjoy the scenery. The drinks seem to be the best on Saturday as a pose to Friday and Sunday. The food is okay and lacks salt mostly. The activities are more physical in nature like soccer, pickle ball, tennis, golfing. Arcade games and for additional pricing there was boating activities except for kayaking that was included. It’s more geared towards people looking for a calm experience there was no actual entertainment that had everyone fired up. They did have live concerts and comedy shows. Honestly I would not go back anytime soon. Me and my husband are a younger couple and it was just too boring for us."

"We loved our stay! The home is large, spacious, and had everything we could need and more. You can fish right out the back door, which was such a fun bonus. My teen especially loved having the downstairs apartment to himself!There is plenty of room to sleep quite a few people, making it a great spot for families or larger groups. One of my favorite parts was waking up in the morning and looking out the windows at the water. Such a beautiful view!We would absolutely stay here again!"

"AMAZING PLACE/AMAZING VIEW! The Waterfront Nettles Island Beach House is awesome! The house is lovely - well maintained, clean, well stocked, nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, & roomy living space. It felt like a home away from home. Because it is on the western side of the island (viewing the Indian River), you get amazing views of sunset! The dock and outdoor table/chairs/umbrella made for a great spot for a quiet morning cup of coffee/tea. It's also a great space for sunsets, and everything in between. This is one of the best stocked houses we have ever rented-extra chairs for dining table, outdoor equipment for your use, extra linens, blankets, beach towels. The beach is within walking distance, but it's more fun to have golf cart. They offer one, for an additional cost. The hosts are friendly and responsive. Loved this house! Highly recommend!!"

"We had 10 people in total in our group, mostly children They absolutely loved the pool. The property was large, and we were able to have plenty of space for everybody without feeling crowded. The peer was amazing to go out and see. We actually seen some manatees. The sun rises right off of the pier, and that was beautiful to see too. The property owner was very easy to work with, communicated effectively, and was very helpful! For sure recommend to anyone staying in the area!"
