This hotel is trying hard to provide a quality experience for its guests. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel is old and has many vacant buildings. Very sad!

Check in was good and we were given a room away from the highway noise and far from the ice machine noise. Room rug and office chair had debris. Breakfast room staff were excellent, but coffee was weak. We have learned to add instant coffee to make it stronger.

It is a very nice property. It is older but in updated and nice condition. The staff is exceptionally Nice and helpful Breakfast is good and rooms are clean. Parking is easy, accessible and safe

We had a good experience, ended having more kids with us than expected so they were a little loud (after being the car for 7 hours and some 20 hours) and the front desk said something to us publicly in the lobby rsther than coming to our room. And one young lady working was giving us a "side eye" the rest of the night but overall every one else was awesome and understanding of our situation. Would definitely recommend!

I would not stay here again. From the check in to check out it was a bother. The toilet's didn't flush properly, loud dehumidifier and a room phone that didn't work all in all a poor property. The breakfast was what I expected and got the day started.

Ok but wifi did not work at all!
All was well except no wifi- their guest wifi said it was connected on 4 different devices but did not actually work on any of them- either in the room or public space!

The hotel is located just off 95 but is accessed through a bumpy gravelly access road with unattractive uncut brush. It does not present a good first opinion.

Bowl Game trip
The stay was amazing. Great service & good area. The only thing I would suggest is getting to breakfast early. We showed up at about 30 min before it ended and so did everyone else; they were a little overwhelmed. However, they did everything they could to ensure everyone was serviced well.
