It was tucked in a cul-de-sac my concern was that with the retaining wall adjacent I would hear a lot of traffic actually it was very quiet. The only noise I heard was the neighborhood when I had the sliding door open to enjoy the small patio. I had good rapport with the owner and was given thorough instructions regarding the unit. Having an assigned parking spot was really nice. It must be stated that downtown WC is quite the distance from the unit and if one were to walk it's quite the schlep. Parking is also challenging which is why I elected to Lyft to sightsee and dine downtown. It was a good time in WC ##### Emma A.
