The beds were dusty and the hallways smelled really bad. Mosquitoes in the room biting you all night and buzzing around in your ear.

Breakfast was horrorbly. Room was okay. No differences between normal and superial room. Staffel told me Hotel was fully booked but we were nearly alone.

Perfect stop-over
Perfect stop-over on the way to the Ardennes. Arrived late but checkin was easy and checkout also easy.

Nothing to like, front desk personnel are not professional and they do not know how to treat a gold member . Room doesn’t have clean bathroom and no soap or any amenities Anyway I will never recommend Best Western in Waver Belgium

The restaurant is not open at weekends, this did not seem to be shown on either the hotel’s website or Expedia’s. The hotel location was also noisy.

Below average and bad quality/cost ratio
Maybe because they are the only hotel close by, they feel it is ok to provide this level of service for probably too much money. The room was at 26 degrees (as per the heating/ac device, we are in october...although a hot october) when I entered and full of mosquitos that seem to all be coming from the same old window. The hotel staff couldnt provide any help and the hotel was fully booked. The safe was blocked and despite notifying them, this wasnt fixed during my stay. We wanted to have a quick dinner in the evening with colleagues and it took 2.5 hour for a main course and dessert due to the team being under-staffed (people were both working at the reception and restaurant at the same time). The staff was polite and nice but didnt seem to be able to help.

Passing through.
After a long days travel my satnav did not take e to the hotel however a short ride around soon found it. This hotel is located on the edge of an industrial estate 2.5 km from the town centre. If arriving on a Friday night there is no on site catering (only vending machine) so it is back into town for dinner. All the usual facilities were in good order and worked well. The multi lingual staff were friendly and polite, breakfast was good and varied, check in and out a breeze. Although this hotel is on an industrial estate it is out of the way so very quiet and safe.

Nice rooms... shame about the restaurant.
Overnight business stay. Rooms were clean and modern, however the restaurant was overrun by ants, and flies were everywhere! Trying to eat dinner while swatting insects off the table is not a great experience! The staff were informed but no one really cared. Won’t stay there again.

Ideal business hotel
This is a very fine hotel, with friendly staff and in a very quiet area, despite being a business zone. The hotel bar stays open 24 hrs and snacks are also available. The food at the restaurant is very good. It's a key location, very close to the city of Wavre (with more restaurants, etc) and to the main highway to Brussels and other cities. I've stayed at this hotel many times and will surely stay there again and recommend to friends and business partners.

Good location for Business
Hotel is easy to find and located on an industrial estate. Was convenient for getting to work but there isn't too much around or places to walk.The staff were friendly and the restaurant was around what you'd expect at a Best Western.

For €120 per night I was actually shocked at the room I was given. More like a hostel room and for the price it was not good at all. I have stayed in Best Western hotels before but not like this one. The staff were very friendly but most of my time was spent in my room due to work that needed to be done and it was not a pleasant experience.

Uncomfortable room
No air-conditioning in the room, plus the heat had been turned on. After a very warm day the room was extremely hot. No screen on the window, but we had to open it to let in some of the cooler night air. The hotel staff did bring us a fan. Very uncomfortable night with little sleep due to the heat and down comforters.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Good wifi. We had a car as hotel is about a 25 minute drive into Brussels and an 55 minute grieve to a charming city called Gent. Would stay here again.
