"Great staff and clean comfy rooms. No EV chargers, that’s a must it today’s world. Outside areas are nice but the side area (by stairs) smell of urine and are full of trash. I would suggest cleaning of these areas & have it pressure washed. Breakfast is very good too. "

The location is ideal, close to major attractions and great restaurants. The hosts go above and beyond with thoughtful recommendations and genuine care for their guests’ experience. "We live locally and needed a space to host our daughter's Sweet 16 brunch celebration close to home. We came upon this listing which allowed easy booking and permission to host events. This home was perfect for our event and the pictures don't do the home complete justice! Our hosts were very responsive and communicated regularly leading up to and during our stay. While we weren't able to use the backyard due to the high winds, it was absolutely beautiful with a nice covered dining area with a table and chairs, an outdoor sectional with a tabletop gas fire pit, and a grill that were available for our use. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and spacious and the open floor plan made it ideal for hosting. We look forward to renting this home again for our next gathering soon! "
