Lack of a swimming pool and sauna was a complete bummer. Although this may have been mentioned in their website, I wish the hotel had the courtesy to price down to compensate.
I would not recommend this resort unless you plan to stay for 3-4 nights. Its vast, requires constant hailing of the cab service.
PNF restaurant - while the food was good and the staff friendly, be warned that the place was full of mosquitoes.
The other thing was that we were promised room with a view, unfortunately wasn’t to be. To add, it was a cold night and lack of room heating was disappointing.
The staff were excellent and friendly.

The breakfast was good, the staff on Reception was very argumentative over even simple requests, kept nagging us while breakfast and also on the occupancy details like my kids age even after booking an executive Suite.
