Booked for 3 nights, left after 5 minutes. Apartment not as advertised. The property is advertised as smoke-free, this definitely wasn't the case the bedroom and bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Also, they are alleged to be professionally cleaned, well the bin lid was covered in fingerprints so had definetly not been disinfected, what else had not been disinfected???? Worrying in this current pandemic. Complained to hotels.com immediately, but unable to get any refund and told I have been charged the full amount, despite having to book alternative accommodation. Hotels.com customer service was equally as disappointing, do not return calls!!!
