Ellamatta has been stylishly furnished and carefully renovated to preserve character features like high-pressed metal ceilings and lead-light windows. There is a private backyard with an outdoor dining area and BBQ. Ellamatta has a private garage for secure parking. We are happy to host pets, provided they are kept outdoors. No parties or events unless approved at the time of booking No smoking indoors Keep noise to a minimum If you break or damage something, please advise us and arrange replacement, repair or reimbursement. We do our best to accommodate requests for early check-ins and late check-outs- however, the property is heavily booked and cannot be guaranteed. Due to our high cleaning standards, we need time to prepare the property for you, or our next guests. Late checkouts can not be approved on the day of check-out. Any unauthorised early check-ins or late checkouts will cost $10 per 15 min.
