Nice view and property. Pool and room seemed worn down. Non-smoking room smelled like it had been smoked in. Can hear people talking next door and in hallway.

I didn't like the fact that when I arrived for check in the room we booked wasn't ready. We had to wait about 15 minutes.

It was my brothers wedding weekend and we had a large amount of people staying at the hotel. None of the rooms were ready upon check in even at 5 in the afternoon. Rooms that were ready were never cleaned - one room even still had an unflushed toilet. When finally being able to check in at midnight- rooms were still not fully assigned and they mixed up keys and room types. They even over charged other parties by charging them for their room twice!

Hotel was ok. It was a busy day so check in wasn’t smooth. Barely any customer service displayed. Room wasn’t available at 3:00pm. Was told I would get a text once it was ready. Waited 15 mins without a text so decided to ask if room was ready and they said yes.
