We will review the mirrors, we've not had that feedback before!In regards to breakfast, you should have had a loaf of bread, selection of cereals, a variety of jams and spreads, orange juice, tea, coffee and milk. Apologies if all of these things were not included. We do provide a list of local taxi companies, but if you were to view the site on a map, you would see it is rural and not in walking distance of a train station, for example.

We're sorry to read that you caught your heel. We will check all thresholds to ensure this doesn't happen again.The breakfast is complimentary and we have not increased our prices to include it. It's a simple but sufficient breakfast of bread, cereal, milk, spreads, juice and hot drinks to get you started in the morning.We do look at the market to keep our rates competitive and believe we do usually achieve this, but we will review it.

We're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. We do not normally have this kind of feedback.We have tried to identify the smell of damp but cannot smell it and cannot find a source, we think you may have been able to smell the new wooden table. Unfortunately, despite visiting Reception after checking in, this issue was not raised with staff so we were unable to help as we were not aware of the problem.We have not had problems with the pillows before, but we have changed them for new ones and would have been able to do this had staff been contacted when you discovered the issue.We have not experienced guests complaining about noise from neighbours that isn't excessive before and we have checked with our current guests whom have not identified a problem. The guests above you did make a complaint about noise which sounded like the ceiling underneath them being hit around 11PM.As you did not speak to staff, we were unaware of the problems and unable to try to rectify any of them. It clearly states on the Reception door that there is always someone on call with the phone number to use.Unfortunately, wet rooms do tend to get wet all over, but this means that room is accessible to all guests.Once again, we're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay and we hope you got home safely.
