The staff was kind an helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The bed was so comfortable. Lovely hot shower after a long day of walking. Great stay!

We loved the location and friendly staff. We stayed in a studio ocean view which had 2 bedrooms , small kitchen, living room and dining area .Comfortable beds and clean renovated bathrooms. The only thing that would have been useful would have been an extra mirror somewhere outside of the bathroom 😉

We spent two nights on island. Jean Paul in the main restaurant was amazing. Can’t say enough good things about how he treated us.

Weekend in West Terschelling
First time on the island - and had a wonderful stay. Great hotel for a weekend - excellent location, very nice staff and a wonderful breakfast. They can book everything for you - horseback riding, seal trips, etc. And they have nice bikes right at the hotel - only 7 euros/day. They could have been more helpful in the beginning however - I emailed a couple of times looking for information - and never was told how to get to the hotel (free bus in front of the ferry - #120 - stops right in front of the hotel - that would have been helpful). But overall - great experience - would definitely return.

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad op Terschelling! De service was goed, het personeel ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Als we weer naar Terschelling gaan, kiezen wij zeker weer voor dit hotel.

Ons verblijf was prima in orde en de kamer was heel goed. enige punt van verbetering was het oudejaarsdiner, dit sloot niet aan bij onze smaak

Prachtig hotel op toplocatie: aan de haven, op loopafstand van veerboot en grootste dorp West-Terschelling. Personeel is vriendelijk en goed opgeleid. Fantastisch hotel om te verblijven!

Heel fijn bed, ruime kamer, lekker ontbijtbuffet, betaalbare wellnessfaciliteiten. Bij het fijne bed ontbreekt wel een goed leeslampje en een nachtkastje (je moet wel erg ver weg reiken om je kopje thee neer te zetten). Wat een beetje jammer was dat bij het uitchecken niet vermeld was dat de bagageservice tot 10.30 mogelijk was. Hierdoor moest ik alsnog een flink eind lopen met al mijn bepakking.

Super vriendelijk personeel, uitstekend ontbijt, mooie locatie en top appartement. De gewone schoonmaak was ook goed op orde. Alleen een grote schoonmaak zou een verbeterpunt zijn, zoals deuren en ramen. Maar verder echt een heerlijk verblijf. Zeer aan te raden.

Fijn en mooi hotel en kamer, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Je kan er prima parkeren en je bent snel in de natuur of het in aangrenzend dorpje. Kan het hotel zeker aanraden!
