Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Staff and amenities were thoughtful. Area was clean and felt very welcoming. Would absolutely recommend to other travelers for business or leisure
I will say it was kind of weird/ironic when staying at something I would view as a luxury hotel and at the same time a “Reparations conference” is taking place in a conference room at the hotel - so I’m supposed to think I’m staying at a luxury hotel, meanwhile people there hate me for the color of my skin not to mention think I owe them money for the color of theirs - please make better choices Hilton or you will be cancelled as well.
Great quick stay before a flight we always stay here always great

I do apologize, we still have a pool, but our hot tub has been closed for a few years now since pre-pandemic times. We have been working with our advertising partners since then to make sure our information is correct.
Specifically booked this hotel to have extended parking for a flight. Was told we could do it because they had to save spaces for an event. Had I known that I wouldn’t have booked there. The bed was horrible and hard. It was so hot in the room and the thermostat didn’t work. Overall not impressed for the amount I paid!!
It was close to the airport and they had a shuttle at 4 in the morning.

Hotel that has a free airport shuttle and says parking available made me an assume I could park there for my travel. Misleading and when I asked the staff what I could do they were no help.

The pool was neat, wish the hot tubs would have been available. Our room was hot, turned the heat all the way down and was still hot, had to shut off the heat to make it tolerable. The beds were hard but the couch was comfortable. Wish there was a continental breakfast available. Not a terrible stay but could use a few improvements.

Too Hot
We go to hotels mainly to sleep. Studies show that one of the main factors in being able to sleep is a cool room. Although there was a thermostat in the room, there was no control over the temperature. It was too warm, I kept waking up. I arrived exhausted, yet could not get a good night's sleep.

We stay here often and love the convenience. The staff is friendly and helpful. I noticed that the fire doors on 6th floor wouldn't stay open. Not a problem unless I had mobility problems.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean for the most part, but there was quite a bit of dust behind an end table I pulled out to.plug in my phone charger. It wasn't a game changer for me, but if someone has allergies, it could be an issue. All in all, it was good experience. Nice and close to the airport.

Nice, quiet and easy access to airport. Restaurant could have more options though so we ordered in.

During your travels you need to stay at a hotel close to the airport The Hilton Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport should be considered. Airport shuttles start very early in the morning, I caught mind at 4:30AM.
