"Nice, clean, economical choice for a family on a budget. The area was quiet, patrons were friendly, staff was helpful and the breakfast was very good! The only minor issue we encountered was that our shower water temperature was extremely hot, nearly scalding. We couldn’t add cold water, the shower just shut off. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"We celebrated 3 birthdays within our extended family stay. We had 5 adults, 3 teens and 3 kids. This house gave us plenty to do! Everyone stayed busy and had so much fun! We went out for coffee early in the mornings on the porch and saw rabbits, a fox and her cubs and a turtle. Plenty of indoor activities and outdoor activities. Secluded but close to the dollar store for essentials. Everything was provided. Beds were comfy. A/C worked great in summer heat both upstairs and downstairs. I didn’t realize there were only clawfoot tubs in the house for both bathrooms so great grandma couldn’t bathe for risk of falls. Also the “shower” in those baths was a nightmare. Water would go everywhere and the curtain sticks to you as you try and shower. Very small. Maybe a wider rod to help keep it off you. They are beautiful though and though I wanted a soak I never found the time. The chairs in the formal dining room were beautiful and antique but very unsturdy. Two were already broken. Table was large enough for all of our meals, games and puzzles. Close to Turner Falls and even better was Little Niagara Falls in Sulfur. Overall we were quite happy! "

"Booked this ADORABLE place for my husbands birthday weekend and would 100% do it again. Once we got in the decor of this place its just top notch. Very much give fancy stage coach in the best way possible.We came for a relaxing weekend and that exactly what we got. If you happen to book this place while it rains get ready for the best sleep of your life. The onsite dogs are ao sweet and super friendly.Has everything you could possibly need in a stay, and even if you forget something like shampoo or body wash, its already there for convenience.Highly recommended this place."
