Dear Maros, Thank you very much for such great feedback to your recent stay. We are happy to know you enjoyed your stay with us. As you wrote - our wellness is a must! :-), we offer swimming pool, outdoor and indoor jacuzzi, 3 kind of saunas and 5 massage rooms. And the best of it - we do have also a beauty salon with manicure, pedicure and hairdresser. Walk-in is welcome also. We hope you will visit us at least once again, maybe during August when we prepared live music every weekend.

I am very pleased to hear, you found our room to have sufficient amenities and also the fact you liked our bathroom and its amenities which are of high quality indeed, however when it comes to your room, it is such unfortunate you have not enjoyed its size, which I am really sorry to hear. This is due to the building being historic and listed, therefore we are not able to influence the size of rooms in the listed part in any way also, I understand you have booked a historic attic room, which is smaller than standard historic, modern or our suites. I also would like to apologise that you have felt lost due to the language barrier. It is true, most of our highly trained and dedicated staff speaks English as English is an international language and the most spoken language in the world, having said that we also have some members of staff, which are able to speak German. Our team is very delighted, you and your partner enjoyed food at our Restaurant Sissi, our food is always made from fresh ingredients and also, I am pleased to hear you liked the service you and your partner have received, finally I would like to inform you, that we do have porter service available at the hotel, daily from between 8am up to 8 pm, should any guest want porter service outside of these hours our dedicated members of reception team will be more than happy to assist. Práve z toho dôvodu je súčasťou našej kuchyne aj domáca pekáreň a cukráreň, ktorá pripravuje čerstvé variácie pečiva a domácich raňajkových koláčov. Všetky zákusky, cukrovinky, ako cookies alebo pralinky sú výsledkom čerstvosti a denno-dennej práce našej cukrárne, je nám preto ľúto, že sme Vás týmto prístupom neuspokojili. Potešilo nás, že oceňujete čistotu nášho hotela, pretože všetkým našim kolegom z oddelenia housekeepingu veľmi záleží na tom, aby hotel bol vždy dobre udržiavaný a pôsobil výborným dojmom. Aktuálne pracujeme na ekologickom programe „Make a green choice“, do ktorého sa aj v prípade starostlivosti o izby budú vedieť zapojiť aj naši hostia. Minerálna voda na izbe je pri príchode súčasťou complimentary servisu a nie je účtovaná do ceny pobytu. Pri kontrole Vášho účtu môžeme potvrdiť, že táto služba Vám nebola účtovaná. Rovnako sme veľmi radi, že ste si oddýchli v našom obnovenom wellness centre Valéria. Verím, že bude príležitosť presvedčiť Vás o opätovnej návšteve nielen v hoteli, ale aj v Kaviarni Mozart.
