Nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, this elegant villa in Ulignano (Volterra) offers a serene retreat for up to 6 guests. Surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards, the property blends modern comfort with rustic charm, featuring a private swimming pool, garden with sun loungers, a barbecue area, and ample outdoor seating. Inside, the ground floor includes a spacious living/dining area with satellite TV, a cozy fireplace, air conditioning, and a fully equipped open kitchen with induction hob, espresso machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and all the essentials for home cooking. Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with bidet and hairdryer) provide comfort and privacy. Upstairs, a third air-conditioned double bedroom and an additional full bathroom complete the layout. A washing machine, high chair, iron, and alarm system are also provided for your convenience. Located just 14 km from Volterra and close to iconic towns like San Gimignano (18 km) and Siena (60 km), the villa offers easy access to Tuscany’s best cultural and culinary experiences. Whether you're relaxing by the pool or exploring the region, this villa is a perfect home base for a peaceful Italian escape.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged Guests must register visitors to their booked accommodation with the host in advance. It is not permitted to use the accommodation without proper registration.
