The room lacked a micro wave but had a fridge. TV service was very weak. The room and hotel were cold all the time. Breakfast was excellent.

Relaxing adventure
If you love nature, there are lots of thing to do around the hotel grounds and more around Cerro Punta Town. People are very friendly. The Staff at the restauran are so nice. Thanks to Josefina.

The staff is lovely! The grounds are lovely! We booked an extra night upon check in, and they upgraded us to a fabulous king suite, with one of the best beds we've ever had! The food was mediocre, the internet was poor, but that seems to be common in many Panama hotels. We loved it and highly recommend thia hotel!

The restaurant was absolutely horrible. I spoke zero spanish, I tried to translate and the waiter refused to wait or look at my phone. FRUIT FLIES everywhere... ive worked in restaurants a lot, I know what that means. Waiter was not good, older guy and only knew cervasa, not patient even though only 3 tables max the entire time. The hotel did let me check in early, there was a young man at the counter that spoke some english and was great, he was patient while I used google translate. HE WAS GREAT Room was clean , bathrooms are tiny, BUT DEFINITELY... Not worth what hey charge you. Sad, was a beautiful place at one time I'm sure, still could be... but don't spend a dime at the restaurant!!

Bonita propiedad, es tranquila para descansar y relajarse, tiene una piscina climatizada y muy buen restaurante la cena estuvo muy rica, desayuno le falto un poquito de opciones, a la propiedad le hace falta un poco de mantenimientos a los alrededores y tener algunas actividades adicionales para hacer o explorar a sus alrededores, el Sr. Mesero que nos atendió en la cena tiene muchas historias que contar y es muy amable, tambien en el frontdesk fueron muy amables, recomendado para descansar, relajarse y desconectarse

Nice quiet hotel
Nice hotel. Had a king bed on a corner room that had a nice size balcony. I don’t think the other rooms on the same floor had balconies.

This is totally a ripoff. The second room we had was very clean. The first one had mildew on the toilet seat. The pool area is mot annexed to the hotel (scarry) and the pool was filthy. The restaurant is over price. Gor the free breakfast, everything was cold. The coffee and the empnadas were rhe only good thing.

The property is in need of maintenance and repairs. I am sure that covid and it closure created other issues for this property. Hallways were full of dust bunnies. Bedroom walls were dusty. Bathroom ceiling had mold. Spiders and spider webs were all over, indoor and outdoor. There were mosquitoes in the bedroom, door to access the outside sitting area did not have a screen door to keep insects outdoors. Restaurant service was excellent; Servers were attentive and Manager kept on site to step up and assist as necessary. Breakfast was well set and maintained with an array of fresh tropical fruit, local "Panamanian" cuisine, juice, coffee and tea. Jacuzzi was broken and no towels available for pool guests. Room was stocked with one towel per guest and you had to take that towel to the pool. This property is nested among beautiful mountains and the natural scenery is top notch.

We enjoyed the time at Bambito during 4 days lock down new year 2020-2021. We extensively used the Sauna and the pool exclusive for us. Attendance of hosts were great. Food at restaurant were great.

I like the lake, garden, staff, breakfast was really good and fresh. There is no A/C in the room but air temp outside is great. I just didn’t like the bathroom in the sauna, lockers and smell of pee near the shower and the general upkeep of the property.

Terrible place. Looks great from outside but awful on the inside. 5 spiders. Disgusting breakfast. Made me sick to spend the night there. No AC and slept next to swamp in most beautiful place in world quite possibly. That the best part is being in this city.
