"The property was lovely and spacious and the pool area was excellent.
Communication could have been improved as after stating our time of arrival which was earlier, it was assumed that we could check in sooner as we weren't then advised something to the effect of "Great, you cannot check in until xxpm but you may use the pool etc". "Det är ett hotel som med små justeringar kunde få högre betyg. Lite bättre städning, lite trevligare personal och små justeringar i köket. Att inte ha tillgång till kranvatten bara för att kunna sälja dyra dricker till middag är inte acceptabelt. Långa köer till kaffet är också ett minus. "Do not spend the money for this horribly outdated hotel! You are much better off staying at an "apartment" that one of the locals can provide.
