"Room was clean and comfortable. Property was very clean and the pool was nice but there wasn’t too much within walking distance. however if you have a car it’s not a problem. We’d stay here again. "
"Case Irene is a lovely hotel with the most hospitable staff. It is based 5 minutes from Falsarana beach and 15 minutes from Kissamo beach. The front reception was super helpful with check in and local recommendations. Housekeeping were very efficient and the breakfast service was very nice. We loved our stay!"

"The rooms were spacious, the buffet breakfast delicious and the staff was very friendly. However, our key didn't work. I had to go to the lobby 7 times for this, which was a hassle. Also, in a 5 star resort there should be some things for kids to play with in the pool and more pampering amenities in the room, beside the obligatory shower cap. Also, a free shuttle to Chania would have been a big advantage. "
