The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and despite asking twice at reception for proper towels, we were only given small face towels. The staff claimed they don’t have body towels, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Overall, poor cleanliness, no basic amenities, no room cleaning, and unhelpful service — a terrible experience in Milan."
