"This was a great hotel, loved the updated theme. The check-in staff let us have our room early and that was greatly appreciated. The only reason why I gave the staff a 3 star is because the women in the dining/bar was so unprofessional and rude to us when ordering an afternoon drink. She rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed. Then when we returned to the RESTAURANT for food, because that is what a restaurant serves, she told us that all they had was pizza. Since there was no dining around, we said that would be fine. AGAIN---she huffed and puffed and walked over and grabbed this sandwich-board menu and aggressively slammed it down in front of our table---I was so flabbergasted that we got up and went to our rooms and UBERed in Subway. Her manger needs to speak to her about customer service, my husband thinks SHE IS THE MANAGER---if she is, the owners need a performance review immediately. Her rating would be ZERO stars. "

"Nice fitness room (hand weights, four weight machines, treadmills, elliptical, rower) and very good swimming pool. Facility is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is quiet when the window is closed, or you can leave it open and accept the occasional passenger jet noise. Walkable to airport, but they also have a responsive, on-demand van that can drive to the airport in 2-3 minutes. Limited dining menu and operating hours (including room service). I recommend the hotel for those wanting quick access to the airport especially early morning flights."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. We arrived only to realize i did not reserve a hotel next to the airport. The manager/owner, Farid, graciously offered to help us out. He went above and beyond to assist us when we decided to stay in this much nicer hotel than the Ibis airport hotels. Everything was spotlessly clean. Rooms were, quiet, new and very comfortable. A cab was called for our morning trip to airport, and was on time. We arrived within 15 minutes. Staff were very professional and polite. We will be back!"
