Communication was very clear and quick. Bad points. The utensils were incomplete and dirty marks. Liquid wash was finished. No hand wash in toilet and towels used were less than minimum and that too in different colours. I reached quite late at night and the host did guide me well how to collect keys...

"Beautiful, top-equipped and spotlessly clean house located directly at lake Balaton. The peaceful setting and breathtaking views, especially at sunset, make it an ideal place to unwind. We really enjoyed the boat ride with the available boat during the sunset. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. The landlady is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We are already looking forward to our next stay!"

Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße gelegen, dadurch war es sehr idyllisch.Der Weg zu einem kostenlosen Strandabschnitt war nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. "Do not have any high expectations- this hotel property is very basic. There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. Upon entry to the hotel we were greeted by a very rude arrogant man - who seemed overwhelmed and very unpleasant. He had shocking demeanour and was very unprofessional. We also experienced very rude staff at breakfast. "
