"We had the BEST time! The cabin is completely stocked with everything you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed quiet mornings with coffee and enjoying the nature (deer came to visit and we downloaded the Merlin app to identify the birds) We enjoyed fishing and caught quite a few good size perch and a couple little bass. We saw a beaver and heard a moose. It was the perfect size cabin for our 6 person family including 3 kiddos under 8yo. The kiddos enjoyed the loft! Thanks for sharing your beautiful cabin with us! We will be back :)"

"The best part is it is pet friendly. There are some open concept stairs which totally freaked our dog out. That said the cabin was fully stocked it had everything!!! It was super clean with a balcony overlooking the river. It was a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the sounds and sights of the river with lots of birds including a Bald Eagle which landed right out front on a snag. It was so quiet and relaxing. The hosts are fantastic too!!!"

"This is a true family home that is able to accommodate a large group. Our group of 6 were all comfortable."

"It's very calm and quiet out there! The trip out and back for wherever your going is scenic, and there's even a nearby border crossing for Canada if that's something you're interested in. Lots of little swim areas along the Kettle River, which was very clear and had some great skipping rocks.Kitchen has the essentials for pots and pans, and there's a propane grill out on the porch. Coffee pot and microwave are all there and clean and in great condition. The dishwasher and fridge are also in great condition. Shower had good water pressure and hot water.The only downside was, that there's no washer/dryer but there is hot water and it is VERY bright and sunny so you might find it easier to just wash by hand and then hang dry. Overall, 4.5/5! Next time I'm in Republic visiting family I would definitely stay here again."
