The person who checked us in was not friendly and the hotel has a policy that it only cleans the room once a week on Mondays. The tv didn’t work and the beds had loud plastic under the sheet so it woke us up whenever someone moved in bed.

The clerk at check in was terrific, he was pleasant and jovial. The clerk at check out was disinterested at best. The room was acceptable for the price, only two small issues… the pillows were horribly uncomfortable and the tub would not hold water. All things considered, I would stay again, provided I brought my own pillows.

Its a motel with a pool... basically. For the price, I would have rather spent the extra $30 a night and gone to a nice hotel. Yes, its a pet friendly hotel but I did not expect the rooms to be as they were. Chewed holes in the shower curtain, fur/hair on the floors, dirty dressers inside, etc. They also supplied our room with used bar soap and used shampoo & conditioner, so gross. I'm a clean freak so for me this was a terrible stay. My boyfriend is not, he stated this was ok and "not the worst" he's stayed in but that it could definitely be cleaner. Also, huge ton of chemicals and chlorine in the pool, over powering that you couldn't put your head under. No working laundry on site, needed to go across the street. Laundry mat was... in poor conditions. Surrounding area was ok, definitely need a car to get around. Fast food was right next door though, so kind of good. If I absolutely needed to and didn't have the money for anything else, I would stay here. But if you're someone who likes a clean place and peace of mind, my advice is to go elsewhere. I was delighted we didn't get bed bugs..

After leaving my first room (smelled like weed) the second room sink didn't drain at all. The staff was quick to fix it. It was fixed after I went next door to do laundry. Pool was full of kids having a fun summer. It was nice to see. It was a last minute booking when there was a mixup at my previous reservation. Decent place for the price and availability.

I chose this place based on my experience with the company in PA. I used to say for work because I lived 10miles away & each one was always. Clean and staff was pleasant. Unfortunately this one reeked of cigarette, the room was just in my opinion nasty. I wanted to cheer my husband up, so we took a mini vacation.in all honesty I weigh I would’ve spent more and went somewhere else but we arrived so late.

Used as a night stopover, for that purpose it was perfect! Clean and comfortable bed, nice and easy shower (if a little slippy!), And the staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was in perfect nick too, which is handy for the pastiest scotsman in Norfolk 😁
